About the Author

Currently, I am working as Business Director for Arya Technologies & Management Consultants. Helping small and mid-size companies to improve their growth by developing and implementing strategies and deliver high-quality products to achieve customer delight. Systematic analysis, identifying improvement area, finding the root cause of the problem and recommending solution by formulating the strategy is my profession and passion.

 

Until 2009, I was Java Technocrat. Later, shifted towards project and program management. For better understanding the best practices, I completed PMP, PRINCE2 & Lean Six Sigma and worked extensively in software quality processes. From 2013, I am developing capabilities in 1. Business & corporate strategy. 2. Financial analysis 3. M&A and post-merger assessment. To support my new capabilities, I completed Executive MBA from IIM-Bangalore and learned many theories to formulate and to implement goals and initiatives of the company.
